Emma Reynolds

Emma Reynolds is a freelance Illustrator based in Manchester, UK.
Originally from Devon, Emma studied Illustration with Animation at Manchester School of Art, and graduated with First Class Honours. Emma has a passion for narrative storytelling, creating characters, and producing original and whimsical illustrations. Emma’s short comic ‘What Does Marriage Mean to You?‘ will be published in ‘Little Heart‘ by 2DCloud in early 2012. Her work ’The Barrodor Chase‘ from her picturebook was selected for Images 35, the Association of Illustrator’s jury selected annual, which was published in late 2011. In her spare time, Emma enjoys reading great stories and graphic novels, watching her favourite films (Amelie, Belleville Rendez-vous, Pan’s Labyrinth and Hot Fuzz) and playing an array of epic computer games. She also likes theme parks, pizza, trips to new places, cats, Paris, museums, and finding wonderful things to illustrate.
